iwavers in stock @ mini-zracer.com
for those looking to upgrade in terms of handling (not drifting) and can't afford a kyohso mini-z, iwaver's are a very good intermediate model. they nearly the same as an xmod yet are nearly 100% compatible with existing kyosho mini-z parts.
the nice thing is your buying into somehting that already has a HUGE array of aftermarket parts available. they do not have the quality of kyosho but for the price they are very good. my son already has one

i know this is the xmod section... just posting fyi info. not trying to disuade anyone or tell then they should do anything. just highlighting another option to the xmod.

just so noe one gets their panties in a twist... i'm not telling anyone to do anything or trying to push anything. again, this is just another rc of the same scale in the same if not exact price range. if your looking for a companion rc or just something for a change, like being able to turn circles withing the xmod turning circle to your xmod, this one is a great deal. i mean lets face it, the a large part of the attraction to xmods is the fact that they are afforadble to a much large audience than the kyohso mini-z.
not to mention all those awsome custom xmod chassis's that everyone seems to be building... well, the iwaver parts are fairly cheap as well. it's also another good source for cheap mini-z bodies that people like to run on xmods. i bought a couple just to mess around with. i'd rather trash an iwaver body than a $30 plus mini-z body.

arch, have you mounted any of those bodies on an Xmods yet? I already seen the pic with it on a standard Kyosho MR01 chassis.

I was told soon when the rest of the stock comes in. The shop (TinyRC) had some deal held up with customs. I'm glad they got some stuff in before Christmas, even if it's a bit late for me to fill my shopping list with. As arch said in the other post the parts are on there way too.

no, haven't tried them on xmod chassis. mine has been out of comission for awhile do to a failed fet upgrade. i will be buying the new hpi scoobie though

01 parts are in i don't know about 02 or 04 parts yet.
