how can i get more speed and im not talking about adding a motor
i wana get more speed under my civics hood but i dont have a stage 2 motor . anyone have some helpfull tips for me (keep in mind im a beginer)

lol actually i do and im gona use my rocket motors i got some powerful one and when i have an old civic im gona strap them to the roof and let it go but i need somebetter advice but thanks anyways

You can do the 6 cell mod. That adds a lot of power and the cost for parts is under 5 dollars depending what plug you use. I used this plug. Here is a link.

You get an increase, you should try to use fresh batteries and buy the bearings which decrease friction.

go to http://www.towerhobbies.com and then in the search window enter mini-z twin turbo. Not an engine. Definately more speed.

I've not bought mine yet but I've read a couple of other guys said they did it....seems pretty much anything you can do with a mini-z you can do with one of these....mini-zs are too damn expensive though....I may buy an lxx mini-z...and compare it to the x-mod, it is made EXACLTY like the mini-z and costs half as much as an x-mod......I'm buying the twin turbo and a new ball-bearing Megatech high speed & high torque motor from Tower in the next couple of weeks. Doing the 6-cell mod this weekend...If you can wait I'll let you know how well the twin turbo works....

im gona go to a hobby shope and if i got money im gona pic up a few performance items if they r in my spending range. i wana get some bearing but i dont want the RS kind cause they r to mcuh, does anyone no where i can get some bearings for a low price but just as or better as the RS bearings, well keep those tips coming
