wheel well help

Hey, can someone like Ahh5hit oir anyone who has experience with a dremel gimme some help? I lowered my car both front and rear a sufficiently far way down. my front still has some room for turning without problems. but my rear axle is having some heavy grinding against the body. so i decided to test dremeling out the wheel wells for some of the bodies. the wells didn't look the same and looked like cr4p. Any ideas as to how to make even looking wheel wells with the dremel? or any other methods of enlarging the wells?

You have to be very careful when dremeling. You can take off too much before you realize it. Go real slow and use a slow speed setting on the dremel. Check your work often by mounting the body back on the chassis as you go. Another method is to shave tiny bits off with an x-acto. But, this method can get you in trouble real quick too if the blade digs in too deep. The trick with any method is to go slow, take off very little plastic at a time and constantly check your work.

Azimov stressed a very good point. Go slow and check your work as you go. Also, use the right tools. What bit are you using? This is the one I use for wheel wells/ fenders. It is half the size of the opening, so when you shave off, you keep a nice round line. You barely touch the plastic or it will catch and dig too deep.
