Batteries

Hey guys, I have decided to go with a Microsizer a Pro. And then I went to race my friend and he asks me what kinda batts you using? I told him Alkaline. He laughed and said I am a real noob at RC cars. LoL. So I asked him what kind he use and he said NiMh. I dont know the difference since i am very new to rc. So can anyone please tell me the diff from Alkalines and Nimh. Laters

alkaline is a regular non rechargeable battery. THis is what you probably have in your transmitter.
The battery in the car will be a nicd or nimh rechargable. Someone else can go more indepth about the differences between nicd and nimh, because im going to sleep now

in the remote you want alkaline, the rechargeables dont put out enough voltage.
