well i read in a post awhile ago(atleast i thinnk) saying you were gonna start working on the actual rpm chart ive been waiting or did you give up on doing this?

Yes, I did say that and fully intend to further the tests.
It took awhile to gather all the tools to do a PROPER test, but I think I'm ready.
I expect to run tests this weekend.
I'll be testing:
Current Draw
- No Load
- Max Load (stalled)
RPM
- At the Motor

Namuna,
When you test for max load (stalled), are you going to use external power source (not through PCB)?
