I made a discovery.....but not a pleasent one

Well I fixed my battered bit and when I took out the steering arm
the magnet touched the black box on the pcb and the cars steering was reversed so right button= left turn and you know the rest

Ooo damn... that's a bummer, that little fender bender reversed the polarity. Well you could look at it as an excuse to get a REM.

Or just switch the left and right wires on the pcb.
