I think they might be too big. From what I gather the dimensions are 10.0x20.5mm.
That's about the size of these 1/3aaa 210 mah bats I bought from somewhere else. They can be used with some modding of the chassis.

well any battery works as long as you hook it up to the car right. but if you want it to fit inside the designated space in the chassis that battery will not work. look on that site, it even tells you that only the 1/4 AAA 150mah batteries work with bits and micro rc cars. i bought a sampler pack from em and they work nice. since they're 1/4 AAA instead of the normal 1/3 AA 150mah that sites like tinyrc sell, they're smaller which is beneficial when you do an internal dual cell like i did.

I would get one of those, and try to mod my car to make it fit. I would put holes in each side, and stick it through them. It could work!
