Just got back from the local hobby shop. I picked up a MircoRC car for $11.88 on sale from $21.99

it's 27MZh and the range is crap
Motor is hard wired (no modding)
It's longer the ZZ
The steering uses a motor instead of coils and magnet
Controler is a pistol type (cool)

I give it a 5 out 10

I have one as well. You gotta love the fact that it came with a pistol grip. If you put in dual batts (which is a pain cos' the original one is in the bottom) your steering and speed are just about fixed. The dual batteries will make it well worth the $12 you paid for it.
