if it's stuck you could try.... a hammer or something. Seriously though, you could try a smaller screwdriver maybe. Anything to get a better "bite" on the pot.

be extra careful and use adult supervision, but you could get a razor blade and have it cut into the pot a little and then turn the razor blade and see if that helps grip it at all. it won't shred the top like a screwdriver does. please be careful though and don't hold me responsible if you cut yourself. you mod at your own risk.

Also try tuning the pots from underneath. Sometimes that helps me.

Well, when you look at the pcb from the bottom, you'll notice a hole underneath the pot. You should be able to adjust it the same way as from the top. If you still don't see, then I don't know. Maybe my cars are a little different. I'm on a different continent. ?!

Okinawa has some, but mainland Japan has a ton more. I've been able to find up to 6 different bands as well as a seperate frequency for the boost cars (that's 10 usable cars at the same time{slight interference}). That may be old news though?

hmm, i see the bottom of the screw when i look at the bottom of the POTS... it's pretty much a smooth, no notches thingy that im not quite sure how to turn. what do you use when turning the top of the POTS..? the best i can do is a toothpick shaved into a screwdriver..

heh, all my Bits are imported here directly from japan, so im almost certain they're the same . hmmm isnt okinawa the chain of islands under the mainland..? the 5th section rite?

Mine has notches on both sides to fit the screw driver in. Did you take that gell/mucky crap off?

Yeah, It's part of that chain of islands. Congrats, most people don't know that. I'm not Japanese though. I work in the U.S. military. My home base is here.

Be sure to use something non-metallic to adjust it!

Anything metal will throw off the tuning. The minute you remove the tool, it will change again.

Rad Shmack has tuning tools, but you can make one from some plastic if ur good.
