Steering broken?

Just got my Bitchar today, and how much i try the car turns harder when i turn right, if i turn left the car turns in a biiiig circle. I also have to adjust the adjuster under the car to maximum to the left to make the car go in a straight line, it stills draws slightly. Can this be easily fixed?

check the front of the car for metal debris... that is the main cause for malfunction.....

Also take a close look at the magnet's centering in its holder:

I've seen them ship with the magnet biased to one side which has a great affect on steering. Pull the magnet out and re-center it, making sure to retain the pole orientation.
