booster remote with longer retractable antenna!!!
hey everyone,
i just did my first real mod!!! whoo hooo and it actually worked but it's still in the trial stages, i haven't solder the antenna wire to the antenna yet. all i did was push the metal contact for the antenna wire up against the new retractable antenna. take a look

cool, the cologne that is. lol, j/p. real nice, did u fit the antenna from the inside? cuz i might get a boost off ebay, and i wanna do that to it like i did my other control. and another thing is how thick, long and how much did it cost. Appreciate it.

the range is better than before, but i haven't soldered the wire to the antenna yet, i'm gonna do that tonight. but when i do i'll post a pic of how i attached the antenna. but you have to cut the plastic a bit in the remote

I just did the same thing today with a mini antenna from a pocket radio and then did the dual wire mod from QFM, it rules! oh, and thanks QFM, the wires are perfect for my paint scheme  the only prob is that it weighs the car down a bit and so it has really crappy excelleration, but when it gets movin I can drive it all the way across my basement
