Question Lubrication?? help!!!

I added some lube to my wheels, gears and steering. It's the "Needle-tip Precision Lubricator" from radio shack.

My bit is a helluva lot quieter, but i can't tell if it's going any faster or not. It actually seems like it's slower, but that might be cause it's quieter. It still beats my brothers bit (same everything except he's not a booster) so i think it's at least the same, but i can't really tell. Any input?

The problem with lubes (especially liquids) is that they attract dust & dirt.

I suggest cleaning everything that you lubed. Take it apart if you have to.

If you want to lubricate use a dry lube. Graphite (look in the pine car section at your local hobby shop) or Baby Powder (no I'm not kidding )!

Check out these threads:

Baby Powder
