Sorry that I canīt believe your comment. What you said is technical impossible - really same motor and gears(?) make the same speed.Tire diameter is the same, too. Only two motors with different turning make one car faster than the other. If you tried to tell me that the steering of your car is better than that of a bit char g made by Tomy i will stop comment anything ! Think about the tires that come with your car (hard) and a Tommy (soft) - only this alone makes a big difference when driving on a race track - you drive your car on a race track ?

Not impossible.

If the clone is pumping a higher voltage to the motor, or able to maintain a higher voltage at full speed, then it could be faster. Also, if a clone is lighter than the bit, it could gain a little there too. Remember, dual battery mods make cars go faster.

Heck, if the battery is closer to the front wheels, it might even steer a little better too because of more pressure on the wheels.

Now, whether I believe that is actually happening in this case, that is another matter

Is your clone a booster car - I donīt think so.

My best bit char g - a microsizer with 2.2 motor - make circles with in 20 cm on glas ( complete stock) - I would wonder if your clone is able to beat this...

My bit needs no extra weight at the front (makes the steering go slower !) all you need is a pair of soft tires !

You are driving on a race track ?

I think you guys are a bit too easily defensive about the subject... they're just toys. It's totally possible that the Shen Qi Wei cars have lower-ohm resistors, allowing more voltage to the motors. It's possible that the soldering was simply of higher quality. It's possible that the craftsmanship was just better! Why can't you admit that? Your pride sickens me! Immediately you throw out all rational thought and take the close-minded perspective that I am wrong and that there is no way I could be right. How childish! This is twice now that I've encountered stubborn ignorance on this board! Who am I talking to, adults are children?

Oh boy,

I owned a lot of different clones, believe me they all where far away from a Tomy. Why the hell should your clone much better than the others or at the end better than a Tomy.
Clones are made to make money with a stolen idea less quality and the only "better" thing that they are much cheaper.
Beside my grown opinion read any test - there are a lot of it...
If you are happy with your clone - fine ! But please stop getting personal and telling me that Iīm foolish wasting money buying a Tomy cause your clones are the better ones ! Btw I am 34 - teeny. Be calm.
I like to race on my racetrack with friends - not racing through the kitchen just for fun. Fast motors donīt work on tiny race tracks (espacally with a bad steering)...

Btw you race on race tracks, too ?

i bought 2 shen cars, blow my bits away, stock, and its not a weight issue because i transferred the pcb from it into my zip and its still way faster, so yes it is possible that its faster, the handling wasnt as good due to the additional power at the wheels, overall i prefer bits, but as for speed, shens are way faster
