Squeaky Motor

I was playing with my bit in my classroom today, and after a while, I noticed how dirty the classroom floor way......anyways, now my motor makes a loud squeaky noise when it runs......it sounds like the sound of worn-out brakes make

Anyone know what could be wrong and/or how to fix it?
Thanks

I'm pretty sure that its the motor. I pulled off the wheel, the idler gear, and the pinion gear, and it still squeaks.

Should I try to lubricate it using baby power or WD-40? cause I'm not sure if it'll screw it up....

I think hogjowlz is right, there's no way the motor could be squeaking. Take the motor off and roll the chasis freely, and see if it stills squeaks. If it does, it's probably something stuck in the axles.

i had this problem its a bushing in the motor, go to your local hobby shop or anyplace that'll sell graphite lubricant, it did the trickfor me after tryin three different lubricants

Graphite with Teflon lubricant

take the smaller black gear off the motor and spray it directly into the motor and behind-in the motor, where the color slip is, after youve done this the squeek is gone forever

Thanks carb0,
I'll just try baby powder then, since I can't get to any hobby stores......
