Hi,
My attempt to create a coroplast track that would allow a drone car to run without a driver was not very successful. The track took so much modification to suit the car that it was just not pleasing to look at or consistent in any way. Several things occurred to me, such as setting the steering trim to point a bit in one direction all of the time (like the old Aurora Ultra 5 slotless slot cars) and using bumps on the walls to send it where it needed to go when it needed to go there.
So, I created the track pictured here. I got a measurement for the two boards so that they would fit in my hatchback. The unfolded, final size of the track's two panels, assembled, turned out to be 48" by 67". I wanted to make generous lanes, so I went for a minimum of 7" lanes, going wider for the "S". I figured out a way to mass produce the corner squares, but they were still a tiny bit off size.

My video of the other coroplast track was sped up to 250%, just goofing. This one is at actual speed.
I'm really having fun with this stuff. Thanks for the forum!
