Controler Charger Help

I know no one likes a noob starting off with a thread for help, but here I go anyway. I just got a 4.2 motor and a NiMH 200 mah battery. Now I'm wondering if the unmodified original controller/charger will be able to charge the new battery.

So here are my questions:
Does the controller charge each battery by the minute?
Or does it charge by the mah, until the battery is fully charged?
Or does it charge 70 mah on every charge?

The original battery that was in my ZZ was 2.4V 70 mah.
