This is an oldish item from Mini-ZRacer.com
Seeing as it wasn't mentioned here, I'll post the lnk.
Most of these things are scratch build 1/87 scale.

Follow the links and you'll find submarines, boats and all sorts of interesting stuff, like the obstacle courses these guys manouver their 1/87s around
