Can I use ploycarbonate or Lexan paints without primer?

Yes, since they are designed to be used on the inside of a lexan body, it wouldn't make much sense to use primer, would it? Unless of course your intent is to have a shiny primer colored car...

Alright thanks. By the way, Can I use paint thinner to remove the paint without damaging the body?

brake cleaner will take off paint. you just have to soak it for like 10-20 minutes from my experience. it took the spray paint off my rims.

Just buy some "oops" at walmart for like $2 it works well, just soak whatever in the OOPS! lol
*EDIT Oops will take off all the paint if you soak it, so just rub it in or put it on high grit sand paper.
Peace,
