Painting the body

im new to this forum so im not sure where to post. I havent even bought an xmod yet, but I plan to very soon. im very interested in the painting and custom aspect of xmods. I was reading some tutorial for painting on this foum.

1. do u put the car togther and then mask the areas to paint? like will my car be ready to drive when im painting it. please explain.

also u guys airbrush right? if so can yall hook me up with some links to where i can buy this stuff or read up more.

is there a way to paint them besides aibrushing or will it come out horrible? ive got alot of questions =)
