I've had it with char-g's/microsizers

I ordered a actual char-g because the microsizer I had wouldn't turn right. I got the char-g today and looked at the bottom and like my microsizer looked when I got it the trim knob was not in the center. I then ran the car and it turned to the right. I tried adjusting the trim and it got even worse. I took the car out of the box and it turns wildly to the right. I wanted one of these cars but damn if you can't even get one that works right what is the point.

That totally sucks man... How far are you moving the trim tab? You should move it a click at a time. Did you open it to see if the magnet got knocked loose while in shipping? And sometimes it's nothing more than the pin that holds the front wheel on is a little bit bent.. Try that.

Payaso check your email...I don't have the skills to open up the car....besides to the car interferes with tv's in my house and that gets my mom mad. I have lightly moved the trim and it gets worse. The problem appears to be that the xxxx at the factory have not got the trim control knob in right place when they put the cover on so it's out of alignment.

Consider this...

- These cars are SMALL, and the parts are SMALLER
- These cars are all made in China

Getting a car that works absolutely perfectly is the exception to the norm here.

Now, you've got 2 choices here my friend...

1: Cut your losses now, and give your cars to me and payaso!

2: JOIN US in the Darkside! The Darkside will OWN you! The Darkside will make you stay up till 2am lookin in the forums for MORE Darkside info! The Darkside makes you WANT to break stuff so you can LEARN about fixing it!

But MOST importantly, the Darkside means you know every detail of the car and how to tweak and mod it!

...Personally, I suggest you go with option #2

Namuna you know what's funny...on my first car I complained to microsizers service center and they sent me a body that would drive perfectly straight....only problem was that the pcb cover was falling off and the snaps wouldn't go into place....I sold that car to my friend so I could get the char-g.....Namuna I saw your video of you racing your white stock skyline on your site and it drives straight and isn't curving. I suppose Lincoln's World is your site.

oh boy peer preassure. I've owned plenty of full sized cars like Nikko in my life and never had problems with going straight. I guess that's why I'm not happy with the cars. I probably sound like a whiney little girl. I'm just annoyed ... I thought the Japanese models would be better than microsizers.

Payaso check you mail!

Yes, LincolnsWorld is my site

The videos show the BEST parts of the runs. What you don't see is how HARD my cars pull to the right, and the faster the motor I put on the cars (whether it was my Blue or White Skylines)...The WORSE the pull was.

Now, being that you are still 'normal'...Issues like this would most certainly tick you off, understandably. But if you join us in the Dark ways...You'll actually LIKE that the car has problems because you'll be able to use your POWERS of Mod (that you'll have learned from us, of course) and fix these such annoyances!

I don't think your whining at all... I totally understand your frustration. I've been there, but there is light at the end of the tunnel.. I will see what I can do for you. Don't throw in the towel just yet.

The answer is simple...The stock Chassis was put together on an assembly line by Orangutans. While the replacement was put together by Chimps (we all know that chimps are smarter and therefore they were more careful about assembling the steering components).

Namuna I looked at your video again .... compared to what I've had yours slight pull to the right is a straight line. If i drove my car 6 feet it would be facing 90 degrees from the direction it had been facing. Do you see why I am so flabergasted (spelling)
