TRC Alloys Instructions
I got my alloys from the very good people at the shop on this site. as you can tell I spent the better part of the day using Babelfish to translate the sheet that come in my TRC Alloys set. Anyway this is what the Babelfish spit out at me, hope this helps.
Packing contents
4 tires
2 front rims
2 tail rims
4 screens
1 rear axle of
2 oh nails
1 gear wheel of
2 knuckles
Reference!
Depending upon rim model and bodyist the widening and/or that necessarily mills out the front wheel housings!
The rim change must take place very praezse. For damage, which results from the change, no adhesion is taken over.
Rim assembly
2x of front wheels of
oh nails by rims in knuckles of pressing oh nails possibly grind!!!
NOT THE RIMS DRILLING OUT!
CAUTION!
It makes certain that the wheels can turn freely, but too much play do not have.
Supernatant oh nails with side cutter separate. Fix the oh nails with second adhesive with 5mm rims.
2x of rear wheels (of it 1x with space ring) possibly grinds itself axle ends to itself the rims aufscieben lets now first the gear wheel onto the axle to push.
Rim with space ring on the oh side without gear wheel fit in. Distance from the gear wheel to abbott and ring 22mm.
rim without space ring on the oh side with gear wheel fit in.
Supernatant axle parts mark, rims off again take and marked ends with side cutter fix.
Gear wheel directly on the rim stick.
Rim plates darkly paint
In order to increase the contrast, it recommends to paint itself the rim plates darkly (sufficiently is also a dark permenenter pin)
Screens use
First release and bars dazzle with sharp measurer remove.
Tires onto rims push
Front wheels changes
Through press against the rounded off edge of the plates cover chassis open
which bend plate to the side (caution! lenkdraethe do not tear) now the screw off
by 2 turns (no more) solve and the knuckles through from the lower Ose raise.
Now the new wheels insert, tighten the screw again and close the platinum final disgust.
Wheel housings mill out
(only with 6mm rim-broad)
Tape in addition a Mignon battery with sleeping paper and under
constant examination the front wheel housings rebore.

I may need to come back and clean it up, to make it more understandable.

thats one of the problems with the translator I used, it made the sentances kind of messed up. You can still basically understand it though.

I am fluent in German. If someone wants to email me the instructions I can take a crack at translating it.

Here it is. It pushes the boarders out, but it's just this one sheet with nothing on the back.
Thanks.

TRC ALLOY INSTALLATION GUIDE
Package Contents:
- 4 wheels
- 2 front rims
- 2 rear rims
- 4 rim screens
- 1 rear axle
- 2 pins
- 1 gear
- 2 steering knuckles
Caution!
Depending on the rim model and bit body type, you may or may not have to dremel or sand your body’s front wheel wells to accommodate the larger diameter wheels. The “rim job” has to be very precise. If you screw the job up, it’s your fault sucka and not ours.
Rim Assembly:
Two front wheels -
Press the pins through the rims and into the steering knuckles – the pin will have to be cut later.
DO NOT DRILL OUT THE RIMS!
Careful! The wheel rims have to turn freely but not with too much play. Trim the remaining pin (sticking out on the other side of the knuckle) with a pair of pliers. Fix the5mm rim’s pin (to the steering knuckle) with instant glue.
Two rear wheels (One with spacer) -
The rear rims will be installed last. First press the gear onto the axle. Fit the rim with the spacer on the side of the axle without the gear. Space the rim with the spacer 22mm from the gear. Fit the rim without the spacer to the side of the axle with the gear. Mark the length of the leftover axle (sticking out of the rims), remove the rims (not the gear, you don’t want to grind away the plastic – do it right the first time!) and cut the marked end of the axle! Fix the rims back on the axle with instant glue. The rim should be glued directly onto the gear.
Paint the rim’s wells (where the rim screens will be attached):
In order to increase the contrast between the rims and the rim screens, paint the rim’s wells to darken them (a permanent marker is also sufficient).
Attach the rim screens:
Use a sharp knife to cut out the screens from the web.
Fix the wheels onto the rims.
Front wheel assembly:
Take off the body and remove the pcb cover. Turn the steering cover screw by two revolutions to remove the existing front wheels. Lift each side of the steering cover to remove each of the steering knuckles. Replace them with the assembled front wheels and screw it back on.
Milling out your bit body’s front wheel wells (for the 6mm wide rims):
Sandpaper out the front wells until it fits the diameter of a standard bit battery.
