Hi..i was wondering if someone can post some links for ALL the parts needed to make a motor..and maybe and/or a tutorial? If you know the parts, please list the names of the parts..thanks..
i put "..neurokinetik? or BC?" in the topic name b/c neurokinetik and BC, you seem to know the most..

From my own experience, 28 gauge or 30 gauge seems to be the way to go, at least in 130 motors.

o damn..
O..damn..uhh forgot to ask these ones..
the armature are like the lil plate things, correct? Is there a certin # of them u need? (I saw 37T and 38T) What does 37T,38T mean? and last question (for now)..what is the main shaft in the motor called (axle?)?
Thanks

37T and 38T are the number of teeth on the pinion gear, if one is included.

neurokinetik knows a lot more than I do about motors, I'm a body man.
Some people like what's on the inside, I go for what's on the outside......cuz I'm shallow like that.

37T and 38T are the turns of the motor. The lower the number the higher the RPMs the motor turns. 30-34 guage wire should be good to wind the motor with. Stronger magnets are better for torque and not so good for top RPMs, same hold true for wire thickness. Search around and youll see what the stock winds on the spinbrush, stage 1 and stage 2 motors are. Its a good baseline. Dont go too low on the winds, youll burn out the FETs.

No, Im not sure what the minimum is, Neurokinetik would know.(Maybe)The lower the winds, the more current draw, the higher the chance you will burn out your FETs. The stage 1 motor is like 89 turns or something like that .....the spinbrush is 70(?) and the Stage 2 is 49. Im building a 40 turn , with the spinbrush motor....look around, Im going to post results soon.
