Anybody know how to do a "fet" mod?

I need to know how to do an internal turbo, or fet mod... I'm bad at soldering, and i really NEED step by step pictures of how to do this challenging mod. Thanx

If you are bad at soldering, I would have somebody else do it for you, as it takes some precision to do it properly.
