some people say they fit perfect. others say they are too narrow, or too short

Mini Cooper is alot of work to make fit. (be prepared to sand the wheelwells extensively). Other than that, it can be made to fit on a long wheelbase car (anything but an RSX, unless you get a long driveshaft or fab up a new stopper for the medium one). WRX body will only fit on an RSX chassis (unless you buy the medium length driveshaft)
Wheelbases for the MiniZ bodies is usually indicated by S, M, or L. If it is not listed at the site where you see the bodies, check for the same body on another site.

yeah i put the wrx body on mine ( see thread ) It's a tad narrow but it fits. The thing you have to be aware of is the front body mount. The skyline one is just a little too low. I used the civic mount for mine. Not sure how the rsx and supra mounts look.

Front body mount shouldn't matter, really. It's not hard at all to make a custom tab. IMO, if you really want a perfect fit, making the custom tab is the way to do it.

Porsche GT3 RS body
I did this on my acura xmod frame using stock Xmod mount locations. Not that hard to do with creative engineering and a little epoxy. This thing is solid, better than stock. I'm considering selling kits (Porsche's only) that will fit perfectly on you Xmod. Just place an order
