Skyline body kit defect

For any of you guys who have the Skyline bodykit take a close look at your mild front bumper. Next to one of the little orange lights there is a hole. Next to the other orange light there is no hole. Is his a defect or is supposed to look like that. I was mad when i found out. But I noticed some other skylines on this forum have the same thing.

Defect or Not?????

i would say that the real kit actually just has the same layout
