Angry Steering that refuses to be fixed

Here's my problem, my tomy bit turns very tight right, but horribly left. I've done everything I can think of to fix the problem: Cleaning the knuckles, replacing them, new steering spring, two steering springs, making sure the magnet is centered, different suspension bar, no suspension bar...

I noticed that the steering coil on the right side has one of the wires sticking out a little, hardly noticable though- no more than one wire width. The only other thing I can think of to do would be to go to radio shack and do the three rare earth magnet mod so that the magnet is larger than normal.

Is there anything I'm forgetting? The bit didn't used to do this, so at least it wasn't hosed from the start. Thanks!

take off your back wheels and see if the wheel on the side away from the gear rolls without the axel...if so superglue it on and it should help

id take a larger magnet and just kinda sweep it allover the whole front end to remove any metal dust.

Awaken- please refrain from double posting very short posts. instead please use the edit function of the fourm and add on to you're original post to instead make it longer. it gets annoying to read double posts. thx in advance.

Tillek- well sounds like you've nailed pretty much everything i can think of there isn't much else that could be contributing to the problem that you haven't allready tried.

Lol, I wish. I've had it for a while and modded the heck out of it, it's been fine until just recently. I think I got it from ebay or toy east anyway.

I'm heading to radio shack sometime soon, I'm gonna try changing the magnet out for 3 rare earth magnets put together, it makes the magnet a little thicker than before, I'll let ya know how it turns out.

Hogjowlz- you have a disturbing name... I never realized it until I typed it. It's a tomy fairlady z. thanks for the suggestion!

thanks for your help guys!
