problem with my bitplhelp

hi guys i got a big problem with my two speed bit. My bit won't run or steer because i droped it really hard. I open it and took the battery off because it think the battery got loose or something but it till won't run then when im putting back together the white wire that connecting from the chip th the battery and the black wire that is conect from the battery to the chip are touching it run but only forward and in full speed. I think the wire r positive and negative or something please help.
