question with dual cells and FET

i have done all of the battery combo's i think someone can do...

1] ZZ Dual cell's x2
2] ZZ Tripple Cell (sleepermod with 3rd kind in/out box of f150 body looks cool)
3] ZZ 2.4v 70nimh
4] ZZ 2.4v 70nimh + 1/2 of 2.4v 70nimh <- Rocket ship
5] ZZ 1.2v 110nimh + 1/2 of 2.4v 70nimh (battery short = fastest quartewr mile car you can get!)

so with all that said my cars all perform extremely well already what woulf fet do to them in anything and is it worth it some of these are pretty tough to control.
