just a little research.
just a little research to back up my xplode bashing.

the Sony XS-L1290P5... sony's highest line 12" sub only handles 500 watts RMS.

Mine handle 400, and they were nearly 200 bucks cheaper. (JBL GT's)

the Sony XM-D1000P5 the sony amp with 1600 Watts proudly emblazoned on the front only puts out 500X1 RMS and 1000 avg. peak.

check up SONY XPLODE's Licensed dealer Crutchfield.
