That's the Motor Works and we have them in the States too.
They're also considered the best clone out right now. I personally loved the old ones and can't wait to get my hands on the new ones. My WalMart has been back-ordered since December.
Motor is hardwired and the steering has two magnets and one coil. They're very FAST!
