well anyway here are the EXACT instructions:
1. fill a container with vinegar, then pour some salt in it. Be sure that the salt is fully dissolved, as this is an important part of this!
2.clean the metal you are using and also the heatsink.
3. take a 4.5v battery or battery pack and connect it (preferably using alligator clips) with the positive end on the metal you're using and the negative on your heatsink.
4. insert the metal and heatsink (connected to the battery but not with it) into the salt+vinegar solution. it should bubble if you did it correctly.
