I just did the antenna mod for my controller and I still only get 7 feet from my Bit Char-G Blue Skyline
I did it differently from the QFM. Instead I took out the old antenna, and superglued the new antenna to the controller, I soldered the wire directly to the new antenna afterwards. Was removing the old antenna and/or superglueing the new antenna the reason i'm getting crappy range?
How do I unsolder the crip. cap. from the car? sold. pencil? unsolder it from the bottom of the PCB?
