i have a little bone to pick. The little "motor clips" do act as a heat sink to disipate any heat that might accur from the motor. It serves as a heat sink because the clip draws heat away from the motor or whatever, hense the term heatsink. also correct me if im wrong, i think the bit motors are bushing-less.
