Okay, I just did a 3 cell (in the belly) mod on my new Zip Zap. This thing was faster than my 3 cell microsizer. It's set up with my favorite "super torquer" clone motor, and the blue (low) ZZ gearset. I do stress testing on people with heart conditons, so I use an $18,000.00 treadmill every day. I clocked my ZipZap at 7.5 mph. I wonder what it would do with the red ZZ (fast ) gearset...

Anyway, by your calculations for bits at 1/70 scale, it's running around 525 mph. BUT the car is slightly larger, so at 1/64 scale, it's running 480 mph. Either way, it's kinda fast. Oh yeah, it has enough torque to pull the front wheels for a bit, even with all 3 cells in the belly.

I think I'm gonna do a 4-cell twin engine Zip sometime...
