here is a camera light that is only 3watts so picture somthing bigger than this and even the light in this 3watt'r would be too big. but you did give me an idea
what about the lights in a maglight's? those are 3V and the same size as a small led.
I think the sony ones are far too big and would use up too much power to be usefull
