I'm making this one out of a LifeLike-brand slot car. I just have to shorten up the front and rear decks a bit to get the proportion better, and do some more work on the wheel openings.
I might paint it Petty Blue and add "43" numbers to it, or I might paint it Lime Lite Green with a black top (to match my brothers REAL 440-6Barrel/automatic Superbird).
I agree that there is a huge market segment for American cars in general, and musclecars specifically, that is being left out of this hobby.
I did see a website with a cast resin '66 GTO that has nice, though.
By the way payaso, the '70 hemicudas ran high 13's off the showroom floor. It was the Hurst-built '68 Hemi Darts & 'Cudas that could run 11's new (but those weren't meant for street use, of course

).
