i fixed the charging prob! rigged up a plug (similar to the idea in the zipfaq but when plugged in it just bypasses the batts to the charging base) in the back of my controller so that i can use a higher voltage wall plug or car plug to charge. It charges great but i am still not impressed my buddy has a bit charg A we havn't raced but it seems faster than my highly moded zip. Mine now has the FF NOS motor and red gears. I was hoping to spin donuts when i got this thing done without a pcb swap. any suggestions on what to try?
