thanks. well i went to my local radio shack and bought the antenna with an L shape, so it bends, plus it has extra holes for mounting or swapping. And your gonna read some round toungue terminals, the ones for screwing on. and some small wire, like 22 gauge or something like speaker wire, and a soldering iron, and of course, solder.

first thing i did was unscrew the antenna off the "L", adn then mounted it onto the end of the long part of the "L".

I dont think u need to take off your original antenna, but i didnt think of that before hand. So u can leave that there.

Now u need want to sand or file a space from the crack to the top of the 27, so your "L" can fit into it later. Or sand it to be able to fit the type of antenna u purchase.

I then took an extra screw from my RC 1/10 scale(i think it was a motor mount), and used it to screw in the extra spot hole, but since theres no where for it to go thru, i have it go along the plastic to make its own ridge. Use this screw later for the ring toungue.

Now i took that wire and i put the ring on one end. I then soldered the other end to the dab of solder already on the antenna plate with a yellow wire. *DONT USE A HUGE WIRE FOR THIS. YOUR CAR WILL BE F'D UP IF U USE A BIG WIRE.

Screw that ring on to where you made that ridge. make sure its tight so it makes contact

Now you just put the control back together.

Be careful with this stuff and ask questions as you go, cuz i dont want anyone mad at me if they mess up their control like i did. Now mine is fixed, but its only fized cuz i did what i sed above.
