you could buy an airtronics/sanwa es-01 speedcontrol-$30 and hs-81-$18 and that saved you about 19 dollars if you already have the radio gear. note that i purchased from

you could just pic up an airtronics blazer sport or futaba magnum sport. i recommend the latter. they would be around $4o-50.
