ERRR...

The GPM MZ038/39 IS a Mabuchi FK130SZ. Albeit different versions of it.
And the Mini-z stock (and x-speed and their likes) is a Mabuchi FA130. (or was it FK130...?)

The main difference between the 130 and the 130SZ is 20 degrees timing advance. Which is useful if you want to make a faster motor. In terms of equal innards (wire gauge & nr of windings) the SZ will have the legs on it's lesser brother.

Another useful feature on the SZ is the two tapped screw-holes, like on it's big brother the FK180SH (or sometimes known as M&Y180, or Tamtech-motor). Makes meshing cogs a joy. But a handy DIY'er can make those at home with a bench-drill...
