When seeing these I ran out to my nearest TRU over lunch and picked one up. I figured it would be nice to have a zipzap clone (as they looked). I have had horrid results with steering and range. If I let the car go farther than just as my feet I lose control over the steering so that it turns very choppily in short increments. I definately would not suggest one of this as a first Micro. My zips out of the package were faster than this one as well so... not sure about the speed. The motor looks like you could clip it free and solder in a new one easily tho.

The one I got was a 49mhz "El Diablo"
