Just made a trip to my local RS, and according to them the ZipZaps line is *NOT* being retired. According to two employees, around (or before) Christmas there will be a new monster truck coming out, several new car models,
as well as.....
ready for this????

A *helicopter* (the "Mosquito") and a *plane* (a seaplane, I forget the model)... completely RC, Zaps' style controller(s) and all! -
Price will be comparible to the ZipZaps, and the same same scale -
Hehe, can't wait to try out a new chopper! -
The RS guys said that they didn't see the actual products, but rather the TV commercial(s) for them that will be aired sometime around Christmas.
