Just put the show threads thingy on "descending order" and the next pull down on "from the beginning" and press go. Here's the links if you still don't get it. But, there is alot of other cool stuff in there.

They are springs I found in an old printer. I'm not sure, but you could probably cut one to approximate the length of the stock antenna and get that range or better. The spring would then be about a quarter inch tall.
