Hey there all,

I have some problems with my Xmod, I am running lithiums, the standard atomic mods kind and just upgraded to the XTR motor. Anyways, I was running it yesterday , let it cool and after I charged it. Then after about 2 hours, I started her up again and it was weird, the car was extremely slow, then after a while smoke was coming from the servo area and a burning smell started.

I then stopped it and opened it up and there was smoke coming from the servo. I started her up again and the steering works, but it can't go foward or backwards. I put in a stage II motor and it was weird, it just kept going straight and I wasn't even using the controller. Then it stopped and same thing , It wasn't responding to the controller for foward or backward, but I could steer left and right.

What do you guys think ? Can I repair this by installing some FET's ? Or do you think I have to get a whole new servo?
