I get bad traction on our laminate floors. I took it to work and ran it on the hard carpet and it got good grip.
The thing about the turbo is by the time you hit it and get the car up to speed, you are out of range!
The superslick is my first micro rc. I have an RC10 B4 1/10th scale. Having both makes me want an RC10 superslick size. It would be hard to work on I suppose being so small, but with proportional steering and throttle and suspesion, one could have some fun with friends racing at home. I find the SS difficult to drive with precision given the all-or-nothing steering. Switching to drift helps with handling on slick surfaces.
I wish I had the talent to make conversions for the SS to turn it into a proportional, full suspension indoor racer.
