No, it's not MR-02 turbo(they have no breaks). I am made my own version (similar to Woah-nelly but larger fets) so I could keep my break-function. I'm pretty much limited to batteries now(need
very high MaH).
All of the Mini-Z turbos I have used were installed the same way the instruction describe.
