Saturday I bought an Impreza at Toys-R-Us and right out of the box it drifted to the right. After playing around with the trim (to no avail) I went to the 'Mechanics Corner' at
http://www.microsizers.com/service-report.html and sent them the following note:
"I purchased the Subaru Impreza this afternoon and, after assembling it, I noticed it pulls to the right. I immediately adjusted the trim lever (which, oddly, was already to the extreme left) to the center, then gradually to the right -- all of which made the pulling worse. Thanks for your prompt reply."
Here was their reply:
"Thank you for your recent e-mail. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Microsizer. I am sending you out a new chassis for your microsizer. If you have any other problems please send everything into us with a copy of your receipt for a full replacement of the kit."
I'm just posting this to let you know that the online Customer Support at MicroSizers seems to be pretty good. I'll let you know if the replacement chassis has steering problems...
