If your logic is right, you can use any arrangement of 4 transistors, whether they be 4 N channel, 4 P channel, 2 P and 2 N channel, etc. , so yes you can. The xmod's logic is set up so that an H-bridge is made up of 2 N's and 2 P's. If you invert the signal going to the P's, you could put N's there and have an H-bridge driven by 4 N's. Vice versa, if you wanted to make an all P-channel mosfet driven H-bridge. It's better to use all N's though, because N's usually have lower resistance than P's.
