I think when people call cars "Ricers," half of them don't know what they're talking about. People that put neons, or chrome rims on their car aren't trying to say it's fast, they just want it to look good. I agree that it's wrong to put advertisements for company parts that aren't in their car and things like that, but if they want a good paintjob or nice rims, or they like a certain light design, they should be able to do it without being called a Ricer. As far as Street Racers go, if they have the skills to not ruin all these same things they put on their car
to make it look good, then more power to them. Anyway, overall nice car, but it'd better not be fast, or it's not a Ricer.
