first make sure you have good batteries in your ZZ. Also is this a ZZ or ZZSE? Make sure that your battery (in your ZZ, not the remote) is making good contact with the terminals. Try different motors if you haven't already. Also, if you have access to a multi-meter, then check the voltage at the motor and make sure it's getting juice.
